Communities, built patiently over many years

For more than fifteen years, Marcus has been building relationships with business owners, communities and organisations across Malaysia.

He began in IT, as a business analyst after studying at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, before moving into entrepreneurship: luxury handbag events that drew close to a thousand people at Singapore Expo, a Swarovski corporate distributorship, and a first book, Now or Never, that was nominated among MPH's Top 10 business books.

Along the way he helped found and lead a business chapter that grew to more than 100 members, whose members generated close to RM20 million in referrals in its first year. He was part of the team behind a Guinness World Record culinary event. And he has had the privilege of working with teams at U Mobile, Zhulian, IJM, Lazada, Lotus, Subaru and Mary Kay, alongside more than 300 SME founders.

The thread through all of it is the same: helping the right people see something valuable, and act on it. Today, Marcus and the Marcus Teoh Global team do this for organisations and leaders.
